Oven Roasted Potatoes with Extra Vigin Olive Oil and Oregano

Ingredients

2.5 pounds potatoes

1 cup Katerina’s Finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt, pepper, oregano

Juice from 2 lemons

Directions

Clean and cut the potatoes in bite size pieces and place them in the pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano on the potatoes. Add Katerina’s Finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lemon juice! First you bake it for about 15 minutes at 400 F and then for about 45 minutes at 360  F. This can be done with many vegetables too. It is a great side dish!
