Return and Exchange Policy
Item(s) purchased from our online store Katerina’s Finest LLC can be returned if they are in UNUSED and NEW condition within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Only unopened item(s) in UNSUED and NEW condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund.
Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned unused and new item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If and when you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please send the item(s) you want to return by a shipping method that is traceable and insured to the address below. Please pack returns, when possible, in their original outer carton / packaging or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in good condition:

Refunds
Once we receive your item(s) with receipt of proof of purchase, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and let you know the status of your refund. If your return is approved, then we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 7 business days with the receipt of the returned product.
