Return and Exchange Policy
Item(s) purchased from our on line store Katerina’s Finest LLC can be returned if they are in UNUSED and NEW condition within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Only unopened item(s) in UNSUED and NEW condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund.
Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned unused and new item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If and when you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please send the item(s) you want to return by a shipping method that is traceable and insured to the address below. Please pack returns, when possible, in their original outer carton / packaging or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in good condition :

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s) with receipt of proof of purchase, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and let you know the status of your refund. If your return is approved then we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 7 business days with the receipt of the returned product.

Missing packages

When a package is missing contact sales@katerinasfinest.com with subject field “Missing package” with your order number and tracking information. We will then contact the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim that same business day. The shipping carrier will then contact the last location your tracking information has listed, and have them relocate the package, or confirm the delivery of the package. Orders lost due to incomplete address information or wrong address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is to a secure and safe location Packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund from our company, Katerina’s Finest LLC and the customer will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Katerina’s Finest is not responsible for any items confirmed as delivered once they have been shipped, stolen or lost. We cannot replace, or issue a refund for packages confirmed as delivered once the package has left our facility, stolen or lost.
Damaged goods

In case that you receive a defected item or damaged when you first receive it, you need to contact us within 4 days of receiving your order at sales@katerinasfinest.com with subject field as “Damaged goods” and photos of the damaged product(s). All defective and damaged items not claimed within 4 days will not be exchanged. Please repack damaged item in original packaging when possible and once we receive the returned merchandise, we will send you a replacement or refund. Indicated us on your email what would you prefer.
