1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 large eggs
¾ cup evaporated milk
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger (optional)


In a large bowl combine the sugar and flour. Add eggs one by one and combine well. Stir in the pumpkin, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix until well blended. Pour the mix in an 9inch pie plate. Place the pie plate in a baking pan and add ½ inch of water to the pan. Bake at 350 F until a toothpick or knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Time for baking is around 50 to 55 minutes.
