Ingredients:
4 to 5 thin slices of pork chops
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp of flour
1 to 1+1/2 cups of broth
2 small cans of mushrooms drained OR 1+1/2 cups of fresh sliced mushrooms.
1/4 cup fresh cut parsley
3 gloves of garlic chopped.
Salt, pepper to taste.
Directions:
In a skillet add some olive oil and bring it to medium high heat. Season the boneless pork chops and cook them for about 2 minutes.
In the same skillet add some olive oil and garlic. (If you have fresh mushrooms this is where you add them to cook them a bit) After a couple of minutes and the flour and slowly add some broth to make a creamy sauce. Add the canned mushrooms and parsley. Cook the chops for about 20 minutes in medium low heat. Add extra broth if needed.
Pairs great with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
