2 Cups red cabbage
3 cups green cabbage
¼ cup Katerina’s Finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar OR lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Thin slice the red and green cabbage. Mix together in a bowl. In another bowl mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar or lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix altogether. Poor the dressing on the cabbage and mix well. Let it sit for about 10 min so the flavors combine.
