Angus beef burger with dry spices and garden-fresh chives


2 pounds angus beef burger

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black coarse pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (confit garlic will do too)

1 teaspoon dry oregano

2 tablespoons fresh parsley


Mix well all the spices and herbs. Combine the burger and the spice/herb mix.

Cook on the grill or the stove the way you prefer. Serve with a garden salad on the side and baked potato.
