Marinade the chicken in the vinaigrette for about 1 hour in a deep bowl in the fridge. After 1 hour take the bowl out of the fridge. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake till thoroughly cooked. Throw away the remaining vinaigrette that is in the bowl. Let cool down the cooked chicken and take the skin and bones apart from chicken. Take a 1/4 cup of the Vinaigrette and mix it with the chicken meat. It is great served in a salad or in a sandwich.
