• 1 pint fresh strawberries sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Katerina’s Finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3/4 tablespoon Strawberry jam

In a small food processor or blender, until smooth. Slowly drizzle in the oil as it’s still blending, until fully incorporated. Strain the mixture into a jar. Can be refrigerated for a few days and it freezes well.

It is so tasty that it will not stay long in your refrigerator!!!
