- 2 heads of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Katerina’s Finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & pepper
Preheat oven on 400 F. Cut 1/4 inch off the pointed top of the garlic head ( leave the bulb intact but expose the cloves). Repeat for the 2nd one too. Place heads in a piece of aluminum foil , cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper them. Close the aluminum foil. Roast until garlic cloves are soft and golden brown approximately 45 to 60 minutes. When you check the garlic to see if it is ready, be careful how to open the aluminum foil because it is really hot!!! When it is done roasting let it sit for about 10 minutes. Squeeze garlic from papery white skin. It is ready to use in various kind of recipes.
